Very disappointing service. I paid $120 for a full detail and expected the car to be properly cleaned and returned in the same condition it was brought in. Instead, the detailing itself was poorly done, and they removed my front license plate without telling me. I didn’t realize it was missing until the following morning. They also didn’t have the screws to properly reinstall it. It’s unacceptable to remove something as important as a license plate without informing the customer and then return the vehicle without properly securing it. For $120, I expected much better attention to detail and professionalism. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I’ve tried so many car washes around the area, and honestly most of them barely touch the car beyond the surface. Queensboro Car Wash is completely different. These guys actually pay attention to the details and take real pride in their work. The detailing was seriously impressive, every corner, every surface, everything came out spotless. My car looked almost brand new when they finished. The staff was professional, hardworking, and respectful the entire time. You can tell they care about quality instead of just rushing cars through the line like most places do now. It’s rare to find a business that still puts this much effort into customer satisfaction. Without a doubt one of the best car wash and detailing experiences I’ve had in NYC. Highly recommended if you actually want your car cleaned properly instead of getting the usual lazy five-minute wash humanity somehow accepted as normal civilization.

Somehow my car was scratched through the automatic car wash. I park in a private parking garage and did not have this prior to the wash. Side note, I went through plenty of automatic car washes before but have never had one pull off my front license plate.

I used to come here all the time I would drive up 30 to 40 minutes to come for the hand Car Wash not because I don’t have one nearby but because they used to be very good at cleaning cars but today not worth it honestly as you can see in the pictures dirt was left behind and not cleaned or at lease wiped, bird poop smugged instead of being cleaned and when I asked them about it, they said to go grab a towel and clean it myself if I wanted to. not worth the $40 anymore, they do not care. I don’t know if it’s new workers or new owner but it’s not the same Car Wash I come to all the time no longer a customer.

These guys did a great, thorough job for a reasonable price. I appreciate having a lot options for what to include in the wash. The workers repeatedly target dirty spots by hand and circle the car multiple times to make sure they’ve done a good job. Good shop with lots of car supplies connected to the business too.
